Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
The first night we got to the hotel, the staff and hotel manager said I didn’t pay for any reservation. Even after showing them the receipt of the booking I made through Expedia, the hotel staff insisted that I didn’t have any paid reservation. It wasn’t until some minutes of going back and forth with the hotel manager and staff that they confirmed our booking when we were almost on our way to look for another hotel. While making the booking online, the pictures made me believe the room I booked had Air conditioning but there was no AC in our room. Instead, there was only a fan. No telephone to call for room service, in this 21st century! We also thought for a hotel like that it was going to be 24 hours electricity supply, but it wasn’t. The generator powering the hotel was shut off at some point. To be honest, the hotel room wasn’t worth the price I paid, not even half of the price! On the good side, the hotel was clean throughout our stay. It is also very beautiful, especially on the outside but they need to do better with the rooms and facilities regardless of the type of room! Poor customer service on top of it all!
