"I booked a connected room for my parents and they loved the hotel, amenities and the room. But one thing exceeded the expectations. They forgot their wallet and left to move to Istanbul. Hotel manager sends the money in the wallet with electronic transfer and he even corrected my parents actually the money in the wallet is more than they remember. The hotel also sends the wallet to Istanbul with mail."
