"The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The room was spacious but not very clean. There were a few items that were missed. For example a cobweb that was left in the doorway. Some socks and food left behind by previous guests. However, the hotel is located a short walk from a key tram stop and was near several food places. I would say overall we had a good stay and it worked well for our family."

"He had a great stay. The property and rooms are clean. The breakfast was very good. We wanted to be close to the train station so the location was perfect for us. The highlight was the staff! They are very helpful and pleasant, wonderful to deal with!"
