"The staff are generally friendly but the reception staff are not as helpful as they could be. The hotel amenities are good, though many items on the continental menu were often out of stock. I will go back again"

"Our room had a beautiful ocean view and was quite large and spacious. "Great staff! Daniel front desk agent was great! He made me feel at home. He took time to explain everything about the hotel and walked the room and explained how everything works. From my hospitality background this hotel blew my mind. Food was also great! Staff very nice."

"The space was very clean, staff very helpful especially at the reception desk. The options at the restaurant were wonderful. The grilled tilapia was delicious. I would definitely stay again."
