"The hotel and its grounds are clean and well maintained. Staff on the whole are warm and friendly and helpful but it felt that there were sometimes not enough staff serving in bars/ restaurants and there could be some time waiting to take orders. Spa is good - not very big but good enough. Had a great massage. Other restaurants cost extra to eat at which is not part of All Inclusive. Free boat shuttle to secret beach and a free3 hour boat ride to nearby islands was included in the stay which was...
