"I was lucky to book this hotel at the last minute, travelling with a husky. Tom’s Hotel still had a pet friendly room (of which there are three) available. Checking in and out, even after hours, is easy. If you use their offsite booking, there is a garage two side streets away. It’s undercover and access is via a touch card.
The room itself, as is the whole hotel, is very clean. Housekeeping however, only re-tucks in your existing sheets, not replace them. I’m guessing though that a full change would happen if the linen gets soiled/dirty.
One thing to note is that the room I stayed in did not have a room safe. This may be true for other rooms, but I cannot say with certainty, only having stayed once.
Staff were polite, friendly and professional, they were a pleasure to deal with.
The hotel is not necessarily the closest hotel to tourist hotspots, but it is far from being an inconvenient stroll to get to them.
My experience there was a positive one, and I would certainly stay there again when the need arises.
