"On arrival attendant was very pleasant. We were placed in Room 1230 away from main site (Bldg across the way); Both Friday night and Saturday night from 9:30pm - 3:30am tenants above (laundry area, next door 1229 and the other side were loud in and out of steel door slamming; kids running above and the smell of weed on us and on all of our belongings; I made a call to office Friday night as was told families live in those units and that was the way it goes; We were in town for a USTA Tennis Tournament where my children were up at 6am both Saturday and Sunday mornings. The music from the Harley event was music to our ears and ended at a decent time. The rest was pure HELL!"

"Older building nice views of the ocean bathrooms need to be updated Reasonably priced based on condition of bathroom and kitchen Clean except the bath tub needed to be snaked or plungered Nice pool In walking distance of some nice restaurants and Publix"

"Ocean view is beautiful if you don't have neighbors at the place between this place and the ocean. Neighbors will leave outdoor lights on all night and park blocking all window views for rest of stay. We made use of our garage access and parked inside, vehicle was safe inside during rough weather.Home was clean if you don't have a problem vacuuming up ants at least 2x a day. Main ant issues were by big front window and in closet of main bedroom. Easy small vacuum battery was dead with no charger in sight. Had to use big bulky thing. 2x a day, everyday.Home is complete with everything you need for stay, we definitely over packed.Beach was beautiful and generally quiet with easy access to enjoy."

"I have stayed in the complex a few times but this was the first time in this unit. It has easy pool access in a quiet residential area. Hosts were kind and quickly responded when we had an inquiry. They left a great binder filled with local recommendations. I recommend this listing!"

"This was the worst hotel I have ever booked via the internet. First room that was assigned to us was not clean. The TV didn't work, and a pair of under ware were hanging on the back of the bathroom door. When I returned to the front desk to ask for a "functioning/clean room". The next room was just as unclean, no towels, but the TV worked, (somewhat). The remoted allowed us to use the volume and change the channel. There was no chambermaid service, we reused our towels more than once due to the front desk not having any clean towels available. The stay was horrendous."
