"This was the 1st of a planned 2 part stay. The hotel ambience is excellent and we were welcomed by friendly staff who were very helpful settling us in. We had to change our room due some odour (like a blocked drain) coming from the bathroom. The request was accommodated without any fuss. Milk wasn't readily available with the tea and coffee, but this aside I can't fault the hotel and had a great stay, and looking forward to returning for part 2 of my stay."

"I stayed in room 402 for 8 days, which gave me ample time to form a clear and unbiased impression of the guest house. The staff were exceptionally friendly and respectful. The rooms were very clean, and breakfast was good, though the selection could be expanded to include more continental options. The location is excellent, with easy access to numerous restaurants and shops. Some guests may comment on noise from nearby construction; however, this is common throughout Addis Ababa, where building activity is widespread across the city. One suggestion for improvement would be to invest in memory foam mattress toppers and higher-quality pillows, such as feather or memory foam options. The bed comfort became more noticeable over a longer stay. I discussed this with the manager, who was very receptive to the feedback. Overall, it was a great experience and I would not hesitate to stay here again."
