"we order the rooms, confirmed by Expedia by email, got We booked and paid for rooms through Expedia, received confirmation by email, and drove all the way to the hotel. Upon arrival, we were told the rooms were unavailable due to an issue and that Expedia had been informed—but this was never communicated to us. As a result, we were left to find alternative accommodation in a busy city, which was extremely stressful. To make matters worse, it took a full day to receive a response from Expedia....
