"This is a unique property. The house is beautiful, but it was a little difficult to tell what exactly we were getting from the listing. We wound up with a room with an en-suite bathroom, which I would definitely recommend, otherwise you may be sharing a bathroom with complete strangers. We stayed here as part of RAGBRAI, so it was completely full and folks were definitely having to share a bathroom and coordinate showers. "We spent 3 nights here while attending our daughter's wedding and had a fantastic stay. We packed for the stay but could have easily came with much less for how well stocked the home was. Everything was clean and well cared for, the neighborhood was pleasant, the beds were very comfortable.
