From hot to cold…eventually

The Air Conditioner wasn’t working well and I thought maybe it was all the movement from the day so I gave it time but by midnight my room was 90 degrees and my family and I couldn’t sleep. We called the front desk and they gave us another room that had a working AC and it was wonderful. We only got about 3 hours of sleep but it came together

Will be great when renovations completed.

The hotel is undergoing Renovations and lobby and breakfast area torn up. It will be very nice when completed. Room was already renovated and was lovely, bed comfortable. We were just passing through, so no complaints. If we had planned a quiet getaway and wanted to use pool, etc, wouldn't have been as nice. Pool closed as well

The rooms were clean but had an odor. We had to buy refresher to stay in it. The pool had water all over the floor and in the bathroom. Mold on the ceiling. Chlorine was strong. The staff was awesome, and the front desk service was awesome.

Our room was fine but this hotel seems to be falling apart. The hallways, lobby and elevator were dirty and unkept. It did not seem to be well ran. There was one worker who was super accommodating and allowed for late check out but it seems like the general manager is a pain and her staff aren't very fond of her/talk poorly of her to customers. She forced her staff to charge one of my family members $50 for makeup on a towel. Ridiculous Breakfast was good. We will likely find somewhere else to stay next time we are in town.

This is an average hotel compared to other Holiday Inn stats I’ve previously booked. The room was not adequately stocked with towels or linens. They were provided when asked but was given a mattress cover instead of a comforter. I found used linens in the bottom of the closet and the mirror had hand prints from previous guests. The water pressure was terrible so the adjustable shower head only worked in one setting. There was no hot water to the bathroom sink. The check in staff didn’t know what time breakfast was served or check out time. The pool was very nice and clean and had plenty of pool towels available. The beds were very comfortable and the room size was larger than expected. Check out staff was super friendly and gracious. Overall, a decent experience.
