"While the lobby seems well-maintained, the guest areas—specifically the hallway to the left of the front desk—show a significant decline in decor and cleanliness. Our original room was in poor condition, appearing aged and poorly maintained. It was dark, dirty, and had a persistent odor of cigarettes, which contradicted the bright and modern photos shown on Hotels.com. Additionally, there were visible stains on the walls, carpeting, and bedding. After we requested a different room, we were initially given a key for a room number that did not exist. Upon returning to the front desk, we were informed the second room was in a different tower. Before making the very long trip, we asked if the second room was any different from the first, and the staff member confirmed it was not. I cannot recommend this property given these maintenance and cleanliness issues."

"Perfect location. Close to everything needed. Quick check in. Comfortable stay. Parking was a little crowded and narrow for an suv but its free parking compared to all other hotels that charge"

"The only negative was that a large part of the public space is under a major renovation construction project. Otherwise, it was perfectly located and suited for our travel needs. The room was spacious and comfortable. I would stay here again and enjoy the results of the renovation."
