When I advised that we would be arriving at approximately 9:30pm, I was informed that there would be a mandatory €60 late check-in charge. I disputed this, as I had not seen any mention of such a charge when booking. The response was surprising, with the suggestion that if we were arriving that late, perhaps we should stay...
