"10/10 We came for an overnight stay to visit the Choctaw Casino about a 15-minute drive and it was the PERFECT arrangement. The views and environment were beautiful and peaceful. You can see stars really well at night. The space was spotless and comfortable and cute. The host was amazing - we happened to meet her during check in. They left a gift of honey! We got to visit with their dogs Sheila and Sam. I was a bit surprised to have so much access to their dogs - but we love dogs and welcomed...

"Our grandchildren live right down the street. We arrived for our son's swearing in ceremony for the Texas Bar association and just so enjoyed our stay!!"

"This tiny home is adorable and the view of the pond at night with the lights is magical. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had and made us feel comfortable. Downtown Denison being 10 minutes away made leaving for food or other necessities very quick and easy. We weren't able to enjoy sitting outside much due to the weather, but we managed to see some fireflies at night! Overall, a nice and relaxing stay."

"We loved the small town of Denison and this was the perfect place to not only be able to walk to downtown shops and restaurants, but visit nearby areas in Texas and Oklahoma. The place was immaculate and very well maintained. Scott was an excellent host and responded to us with immediate action. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to visit this area of Texas."
