"The hotel was quite and the office staff was very polite. The room attendants could use a thorough training on how to properly do room turns. The hot water setting tank could be set at a much more comfortable level ( not hot enough ). I don't have any other complaints. The location is nice and is in walking distance of great food and other stored incase you forgot to pack something."

"The microwave oven door would not open after placing dinner into it, to heat up. It took two full days to get the microwave replaced. Meal unrecoverable. All other characteristics were quite satisfactory. Staff was great!"
