🏡 Accommodation
The accommodation is rented furnished and equipped, for tourist use only.
The number of guests must not exceed the number indicated at the time of booking.
The accommodation is non-smoking (including open windows).
Parties and evening gatherings are not permitted out of respect for the neighbours.

🔑 Arrival – Departure
Arrival and departure times are provided in the arrival guide.
The manager will visit on arrival and departure.
Keys must be returned in accordance with the instructions provided.

🔌 Electricity (winter period)
From 1st October to 30th April, electricity consumption is charged to holidaymakers.
The meter is read on arrival and departure by the manager.
The rate is not indicated, as it varies regularly according to the energy supplier's rates.

We thank you in advance for your responsible use of electricity and expressly ask you to:
limit the heating to a reasonable temperature,
never leave the heating on with the windows open,
turn off lights and appliances when not in use,
consume electricity sensibly throughout your stay.
