"Very nice staff exelent rooms well looked after lovely location"

"Did not get a check in code as told I would 24 hours before I called Experian and was told wait till you get there I arrived stranded but just managed to catch the cleaner told her my situation and was told we have this all the time She the. Told me I will just stick in in this room and tell the manager he’s only just took over The details are incorrect for the hotel they don’t answer messages and the phone number does not exist they also don’t reply to the email after I’ve been put in the room I receive a message telling me I have another room and instructions to get the key I tell them there is no remote control for the tv and they tell me to grab it from the other room the room itself well what can I say it was clean and there was a hairdryer and tea and coffees the floors slope down and there is massive gaps under the doors I had read information about noise from down stairs but I have stopped in many places that say this and to be fair I don’t have a problem normally But the last night the nightclub opened on a Tuesday night and believe me the noise is horrendous beyond belief the music licence in the week is till 1am but it was still going at 2am there is no fire escape details no fire extinguisher and if you want the toilet make sure you pull the blind right down or you are on full view of the street and offices opposite would never stop here again there is many hotels I checked out whilst I was here that was way better for cheaper stay away !!!"

"Good stop over for 1 night, great view of the beach from the room, staff were lovely. Room was a bit creaky as we heard other people in rooms moving around but apart from that, no issues."

"What a gem of a small, cosy hotel! I booked a small double, but we were upgraded to a suite with a sea view, as it was my daughters birthday. Beautifully clean, with white fluffy towels, toiletries, tea, coffee and a fridge! The staff go above and beyond to make your stay more comfortable....very friendly, helpful, kind and very generous. My daughter was provided with a birthday cake, which i asked for their help for shopping for one as a surprise for my daughter.....they didn't even charge me for this ! Biscuits and sausage for our dog, again, not charged! Outstanding customer focused services.....we've never received such great hospitality. Thank you to Jasmine, Morgan and Autumn for making our stay extra special, we really appreciated it xx"

"Room was fine bed comfortable and nice to have teas and coffee in the room. Although there is a restaurant where we had food which was well priced and nice the area was very cold. We didn’t stay for a desert. Not very appealing for a bar area to sit and relax. Parking good and free. "

"Self check in fine, house a warren but found everything, room a good size, fought with the windows to open them eventually succeeding. New carpets were being laid so the lounge area was closed and other areas had bare gripper strips and underlay. The shared facilities were clean and all working though expect a wait for hot water if you are first in. A lovely breakfast cooked to order and our first interaction with staff which was nice. A great location for the beach, castle and town centre, parking pot luck on the surrounding streets. All in all, a little gem."
