"The hotel is under construction, but was not aware till got there.we were put in a standerd room with so basic and faced the carpark, the room we booked for family was on the ground floor way down the back end of hotel property. The hotel is a rabbit warren and we we not compensated at all. We at least should have had the parking fee waivered for the state of the hotel. Could not get out of there quick enough."
