"We showed up and the room was not ready or cleaned. It looked like someone had just left. We reached out over and over to the staff and they kept making promises they did not keep. I was even hung up on. "Cabin is darling, kitchen fully staffed for cooking our own meals, all bedrooms had clean bedding which is much appreciated. Weather was cold and windy but we went daily to the beach because of the beauty. What we had a problem with, however, was a couple things. The water heater was not full sized so the four of us could not take showers the same day. Hot water wasn’t even enough for one shower really.
