"The pools were amazing with plenty of seating. Lots of great food options on site or within a walking distance. Our room was in the older part of the hotel but the location to the pools were amazing. We arrived just after 5pm and waited in an insanely long line to check in about 50 mins. The room could have been cleaned better thick cobwebs under ac unit, stains on the lamp shades and old tape on ceiling, and the hallway smelled like wet dog. That being said we did sleep good and were barely in our room since we wanted to enjoy the hot springs and area. Also bring your own towel because every time we went to use the pools there weren’t any or barely any left. They do provide complimentary bottled water in rooms and if you ask the front desk you can get more which was nice."

"Friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms, fridge and microwave in room, plenty of food choices with in a walking distance or short drive. The only down side was no hot tub and the pool was pretty chilly so my 8 year old did not want to swim in it. Breakfast in the morning was decent consisted of the usual continental breakfast things bagels, cereal, pastries, coffee, juice, yogurt, pre cooked Belgian waffles and hard boiled eggs minus the waffle machine and warm eggs ect."
