"Como ya expuse en vuestra plataforma, se ubica en una calle peligrosa, no hay ningún tipo de limpieza, sábanas sin cambiar , no ofrecen cambio de toalla para larga estadía, humedades en la pared y mobiliario podrido de humedad , con el respectivo olor imposibilitando conciliar el sueño por la falta de respiración , lavadora rota y ninguna solución por parte del encargado más que burlas hacia mi persona , altanería , sin dejarme hablar y alzándome la voz en todo momento, al final me echaron antes...

"El alojamiento está muy próximo al centro y bien comunicado. Hay transporte público en la puerta y está cerca del AVE. Se encuentra aparcamiento fácilmente e incluso detrás encontramos un parking. Buen lugar para llegar de visita a Bilbao "
