"Siamo arrivati lì alle 21.55, nessuno risponde al citofono né alle prime 2 chiamate, alla terza ci dicono che il check-in era da fare entro le 20.00 (sul sito Hotels.com entro le 23.30). Morale non ci sono entrato, ovviamente hanno preso i soldi dalla carte, ho chiesto il rimborso"
