A Torre Branca Vacations

"I stayed here for 3 nights. The first 2 nights were in a villa. The villa was dark and smelled musty. When I checked in I was not informed there was a shuttle service to the city center so I spent money on taxis which was unnecessary. The first night I was visiting my daughter and reached out to the hotel to call a taxi. This request was refused! My cell could not make the call. The third night I stayed in a room in the main part of the hotel. This was a much nicer space - brighter and no musty...

"The facility is dated. It has air conditioning but does not automatically adjust the air temperature in the room. The beds are not comfortable cheap mattress. The toilet was dripping tank after flashing basically noisy."

"The Oca hotel was ideally located for us as we had completed the El Camino two days prior and wanted to be a bit away from the busy part of Santiago but still with easy access to the train station and good restaurants. The staff could not have been more helpful and attentive. Breakfast was the best we have had in two weeks of traveling."
