"The hostel, the staff and the breakfast they provide is all great!
What’s let it down is the tour I booked with them to the pyramids. Firstly I was booked onto a tour to see multiple pyramids when in fact I’d just wanted to see the Giza pyramids and sphinx, maybe there had been some miscommunication.
Firstly on the Giza pyramids part of the tour I was unexpectedly taken to a dodgy looking guide centre outside of the Giza site and pressured to pay "

"The staff were really friendly and helpful!
The hotel is in a good location in the heart of downtown, very walkable with a legendary Koshary restaurant just round the corner. Great views from the 15th floor.
The rooms are ok, not that clean but the bed and pillows were comfortable."

"The hotel exceeded my expectations, impeccable service, cleanliness, wonderful cuisine, amazing view of the pyramids. The owner is a very kind and very helpful gentleman. I will visit again soon. The best choice in Giza. Of course, a very good price for these truly unique amenities that it offers."

I lived there for 5 nights, and every day living there was a great day.

"Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Room was clean and spacious. Good breakfast buffet selection. Amenities were excellent. Pool looked inviting just didn’t have time to try it.
The only negative for me is that smoking is allowed in the common areas (which seems to be common practice in Egypt)"
"Room was exceptionally clean, the staff was friendly, and they brought us whatever we needed. We even needed a doctor during our stay and they have one on site who came to our room and also provided the prescriptions he wrote instead of us having to go to the pharmacy. And even on top of that, when we did end up needing the pharmacy, the hotel coordinated deliver that came within 30mins. Amazing. We also had a special anniversary dinner that the hotel Egyptian restaurant went all out to make such a special event with a peivate gazebo on the Nile, complete with flowers, candles, a heater for the chilly night, and a special anniversary cake that was delicious. We had such a great time. I would highly recommend. Very personal service. We were. Treated as VIPs the whole time!! "
"We enjoyed our stay at Pyramids Valley hotel. The staff were excellent and went out of their way to be accommodating. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of fresh and tasty food. The location was excellent with a fantastic view of the sphinx and Pyramids from our small balcony or the nice rooftop terrace/restaurant. Plenty of hot water and a comfortable bed at reasonable price. The room was clean and spacious. Downsides were noisy at night With packs of barking dogs running around the road in front of the room and lots of camels and horses clattering down the street starting around 5:30. Just pack your earplugs!"
"Clean and reasonably priced hotel right on the Nile River in a less chaotic neighborhood that allows you to relax and take a break for. The hustle and bustle of Cairo…"
"Definitely worth using the Sheraton's Mercedes pick-up service from the airport, as their man breezed us through customs\passpoet control, took us to no-wait lines and escorted us all the way to the very nice car right out front, so no waiting, delay or hassle coming off an overnight flight 👍
People on our boat were stood up by 4.9 rated Viator pickup that never showed up and cost them hours at the airport. 🙄
Room was excellent, prices very reasonable to just eat in the hotel that was upscale and safe, with security protocols to make it a welcome place to stay.
We would definitely stay there again. ✅"
"what can I say? This hotel is beautiful, amazing, and very comfortable bed. The only gripe I have is there are no plugs in the bathroom and for a lady like me that needs to blow dry her hair. I had to use the plug next to the bed with no mirror. Otherwise, this is an amazing and beautiful hotel. "
