"This hotel is 4 short blocks from the Queensboro Plaza MTA stop with easy short trip to midtown Manhattan. The room was spacious and nicely decorated, except for very scuffed vinyl seat to the desk chair Housekeeping every day, though they didn't clean under the sink. Comfortable firm mattress and puffy pillows, Soft towels from a lot of fabric softener, one towel was badly frayed on the edge. Nice views from the upper floors of either Queens or Manhattan skyline. Ground-level parking is available, a bit pricey but it can be tough to find street parking. We had reserved in August with breakfast included, but the clerk told us that breakfast was now an extra fee ($15 for hot breakfast, $8 for continental breakfast.) He said we would have to ask the manager to get breakfast without additional charge as we had paid for, but she was never around before we went out for the day. He said he could not give us a refund since we had paid through Travelocity."
