"Expedia has a fiduciary responsibility to warn guests that taxis and Bolt stops 2 blocks from the hotel because the area is the Parliament and traffic not allowed into the hotel area. Staff are not properly trained and breakfast basic. It is NOT a 5 Stars hotel. No non slip mats for the shower. Very basic overrated hotel. Would not recommend seniors to drag their bags on the cobblestone street to the hotel."

"Beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting. Lovely spa area, particularly the pool and outdoor swimming in the lake. Amazing food in the restaurant, not cheap but worth the asking price. The room is lovely and has great views of the surrounding lakes and forests. The balcony may be slippery when it's rainy."
