"hotel and staff were great the breakfast could be improved."

"Simple request often took time, or were incorrectly actioned. No concierge service as such, no assistance in booking a restaurant?? I have never experienced a hotel of this standard that does not supply even basic tea and coffee facilities in the room."

"Everything was great. My only suggestion is that - sadly the pastry nook is closed. There isnt an option for a coffee bar complimentary. I had to get coffee from the restaurant for my partner when he was sick- I bought two coffees so he would not have to make a trip and it was over $20 for a couple of coffees (I got one). I was like - this is kinda silly. And parking valet is the only option if not on the street parking and that is $65 a night. So it was wonderful but - it would be great...
