"6 nights for the Kyoto area. Good location not in the Gion but walkable. Great breakfast buffet but sometimes had to wait for seating due to groups. Helpful staff and Concierge service. Recommend and would stay again. Close to shopping and dining."
"Expensive breakfast and not worth the price- only negative. Hotel is within a cab ride of all attractions or a 20 minute walk. Staff are very friendly and hotel is clean and rooms are beautiful."
"Our stay at Imperial Hotel Kyoto was excellent from start to finish.
The service was outstanding— attentive and professional, with every detail taken care of. Our room was comfortable and immaculate.
One of our favorite parts of the stay was the rooftop. It was such a wonderful space to relax, take in the views and enjoy the atmosphere of Kyoto. It was a nice touch to our visit.
Overall, Imperial Hotel Kyoto was fantastic. From the beautiful surroundings and excellent service to the...
"What an incredible gem of a property with the best staff of associates. Great location for temple and shrine visits. An easy taxi/uber ride to the downtown area to visit food market and other great areas
The attention to all the details is next level!"
"One of the best hotels in the world. And definitely the best I have ever stayed at in my life. The employees are so friendly and leave enough space for customers. The rooms are so comfortable that they made me have a great sleep. The price is worth it."
"Loved the onsen and the room layout. It was incredibly spacious and tidy. I loved the decor and the room amenities.
The hotel is very conveniently located to the station and the deer park. The deer wander in to the hotel regularly and it’s so peaceful.
We did not book breakfast as we personally prefer a western style breakfast. It would be lovely if the restaurant had more options for dining."
"Upea pieni Luxury/boutiquehotelli, jossa koko asunto samassa! Upea ja fantastinen henkilökunta, apua sai aivan kaikkeen! Pesukoneelle oli käyttöä. Ainoa miinus oli että suuret ikkunat antoivat joelle, jossa satamäärin paikallisia ja turisteja hyppelemässä kivillä, et voi kulkea yöpuvussa verhojen ollessa auki! Upea japanilainen aamupala ja täydellinen design-keittiö japanilaisilla veitsillä ja viinikaapissakin hyvät juomat!"
