"This place is phenomenal, the size, so spacious. Pool area immaculate. Spa was out of this world. Staff went above and beyond. Shout out to Anja and Dorris in the spa for being amazing.
My only gripe, the 4 poster beds around the pool, the charge of 150€ is excessive, for hotel guests should be free. These beds were available the whole time, with nobody on them.

"Some of the rudest and most unwelcoming service I’ve experienced, especially disappointing for a 5-star property. I came to breakfast at 10:30, with breakfast served until 11. Around 11:20, while finishing my coffee outside, a male employee told me I needed to leave so they could prepare for lunch. I was the only guest outside, my plates had already been cleared, and the surrounding tables were clean and set. I felt genuinely unwelcome at a hotel I was paying to stay at. "Our only negative is that the partial sea view room doesn’t really have any sea view. But after that, all was good. Leah was behind the desk for our days there and she was outstanding. Rooms are spacious and modern. Easy walking distance to the palace and many, many restaurants. All overlooking the water."
