"This was our first time staying at this property, and we were very impressed. We stayed in a suite and found the check-in process to be quick and easy. It was also convenient to find a parking space close to our room, and we appreciated the range of facilities on offer.

"Eine gute und günstige Option in Rotorua unterzukommen. Das Bett war super bequem. Nicht so positiv war, dass unser Zimmer über dem Eingang war.. vor allem wenn eine Asiatische Reisegruppe um 6 Uhr morgens mit knallenden Koffern richtung Bus aufbricht und sich auch nicht ansatweise versucht leise zu verhalten und Rücksicht auf andere zu nehmen.
Auf der Rückseite befindet sich der Außenbereich eines Kindergartens.. man kann sich jetzt selbst zusammenreimen ob das gut oder schlecht ist."
"Such a beautiful property. The room and added perks (heated towel rack and bathroom floors) were second to none! The staff was so friendly and focus on making it a perfect stay. We wish we stayed more than one night to take advantage of dinner and amenities. We drove from picton on way to auckland so arrived late and left early! If we ever come back we will stay longer for sure!!"

The rooms are mediocre at best and very dated. The shower robes basically told the full story. They were fraying to bits. The bed was uncomfortable to sleep in as the mattress seemed very tired as you sunk right into it and the electric heaters gave such a dry heat we had to turn them all off. Freezing was a more comfortable option.
