"Not worth staying here - much better options around Zakopane. Rude staff No coffee machine supplied in room (despite having Nespresso coffee pods) which were in the room. Asked at reception and they advised they knew about it and aren’t replacing it and couldn’t source another one. Nespresso pods also had 2/4 in the case so this is a known problem. Not offered any alternative or different other than a Nescafé sachet. Guy at check out also unfriendly. No privacy on balcony as the divider is...

"It was the best hotel we have stayed at in a long while"

"The apartment was very modern, clean and warm. It is close enough to the centre to walk each day. The spa facilities were very welcoming after skiing each day. The kitchen was a littke on the small side so dobr exowxt to cook up any gourmet feasts."
