"staff very helpful, spa and gym a great addition
Breakfast, if not booked at time of booking or check in was very expensive but in line with hotel pricing. Very close to mermaid quay where other great options were available.
Parking - expensive due to location but an oversight on my part not checking this before booking. Wont put me off staying again however as hotel was exceptional with cracking views of the Bay"

We can’t wait to go back."

"One of the showers was a little too hot for some of our tastes. The double bed was very hard and difficult to sleep, but it was also very warm whilst we were there.
The owners were really communicative before our stay and when we got there. They left us some bread, milk and essentials which was really appreciated.
The cottage was warm clean and comfortable and perfect for what we needed in our two night stay. We were going to Cardiff for the speedway so the location was a little far away and...
