"The El Resort is a great facility in a beautiful setting. My room was large and comfortable, breakfast was excellent, I took advantage of the gym and large indoor heated pool, the staff was great and helped me with sightseeing, and the grounds are well maintained and picture perfect. All in all a wonderful stay!"

"The property charged like 5 stars, but our glamp from inside was in poor condition, curtains rails were ripped, the sofa chair was broken so when i sat on it i fell down. The quality of bedding was poor quality, overall i did not like the property condition compared to what they charged me. The staff however was very courteous. "

"The staff is nice. The aqua park is nice as well.
The room was not so clean, we had a dead bug on the sofa and a lot of ants in the room. There was not enough shampoo in the room, and we had to ask several of times until they brought. "
