"Since my arrival, I’ve experienced consistent issues: poor airport transfer coordination, inadequate baggage assistance, a malfunctioning air conditioning system for 3 days that prevented me from sleeping, the whole hotel feels like a sauna, and an uncomfortably hard bed.
