"The property is located on the water side of the street with lovely gardens and two pools well maintained. There is a nice boardwalk down to the beach and the designated chairs and umbrellas for this property only. There are two pools and exercise room. It is attached to the casino, but it is a separate entrance. There is paid for valet parking or free access to self-parking a block or so away. The grounds are well kept and beautiful. Our room had a balcony overlooking the ocean. We...
"To be honest, and in my personal opinion, I don’t feel this hotel currently deserves a 5-star rating, especially considering the price. Our stay was unfortunately not a particularly pleasant experience. We had to change rooms because of unpleasant smells, especially on the lower floors. To be fair, the staff were helpful and arranged alternative rooms on higher floors, which I appreciated. The best part of the hotel is undoubtedly the spectacular sea view and peaceful location. However, when it...
"Dinner was hit and missed in their restaurant, not expected in a Westin. The grill by the pool that’s not included is excellent. Love how close the beach is and amenities are great. Our double bed room is a bit too small, no table/ chair to sit. Staff are helpful."
"This hotel is heaven. The staff were super helpful and lovely. The beach was amazing. The food was excellent. The rooms were spacious and clean. The spa was fantastic. I had a massage and facial. My only comment would be that the bakery/cafe by the pool stay open later. I was a solo traveler and I had the most relaxing and peaceful stay."
"Staff was very friendly, room was clean, towels were extremely rough! Bars closed quite early, no alcohol in rooms, and didn’t have our main choice of alcohol. Not a lot of food options. Only 3 restaurants and had to make reservations at two of them which only had a few food options that weren’t always available. Front desk never answered phone, always had to physically approach desk to get rides to and from parking lot. Beach was not very close and no amenities for the beach. Had no assistance...
"Excellent hotel, value for money and staff are very helpful and accommodating at your requests.
Spa facilities and breakfast was the real highlight, delicious and relaxing.
If I could 6 stars I would !"
"Jupiter is an absolutely amazing stay for both young and old. The hotel is firstly spotless, very clean and a great staff who are attentive and work hard keeping the facilities clean.
The hotel is a 3 minute straight line walk from Albufeira strip - perfect for a late drink and return without paying loads for Taxis.
The hotel has beautiful large and clean rooms, great balcony space and shower was strong and easy to use.
The pools are very enjoyable, plenty of seats, lots of space, beautifully...
