"the quality of the hotel is fantastic. the food is excellent. the rooms have a magnificent view. the gym is incredible and the tranquility of the place too! there is a small discotheque in the evening with good music and a bar, very clever because the hotel is quite isolated. in short we really appreciated the place and all the staff very kind and welcoming! we will definitely come back!!"

"The rooms definitely need renovations. The hallway to reach the room takes a good 20 mn of walk!! On top of having skied all day and paying no less of 700€ a night. The gondola is not even included to reach the town (only at check-in and check-out) which is an additional 22€ per couple per ride. The bed is not comfortable at all and still using 2 single beds which is not adequate for a couple. Room service stops at 9pm which does not make sense! "

"Sehr freundliches, flexibles und entgegengekommenes Personal. Man fühlt sich immer willkommen und wie zu Haus. Die Lage ist perfekt, absolut zentral und doch ruhig. "Some of our ski equipment was missing after the staff unpacked our car. We spent hours of our morning searching the ski room, our car, the room trying to search for the missing items. The hotel staff was of NO assistance at all. In the end, we had to find a remedy for THEIR mistake and were offered NO compensation for all the problems and valuable time we lost on the slopes. It was an extremely disappointing experience, especially for a hotel of this price category."
