"Very rude staff - front desk to wait staff. No smiles, no one was helpful. Found them to be snobbish. I even saw someone from the front desk use the bathroom and return to the desk without washing their hands. Hotel is very overpriced and misleading. You need to book a spot by the pool (no avail, no swim), no courtesy room on check out day (you need to pay 10 euro pp for showers). Our hotel cleaning staff came into the room when we had the privacy sign. Not a 4 star experience."
