"Location fantastic"

"Clean, staff are friendly, good location."

"The breakfasts were excellent- the best I’ve had. The rooms are comfortable and the city view is beautiful. We were unable to use our toilet for hours after arriving because it was so dirty and we had to wait for house keeping to come and clean it. The hotel helped themselves to my money several times through my one week stay. I gave no permission for them to take money and had no way to check it was the correct amount.."

"Lobby on80th floor with beautiful 360 deg views All amenities also located on this floor It s a little inconvenient to take the elevator to 80th and then switch to another of elevators to go to your floor located between 62 and 79"

"Breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful. My room wasn’t as clean as I had expected. Location was excellent with easy access to many areas."
