My only disappointment was the hotel spa which doesn't belong to hotel but is onsite and offer services whilst you are at pool. I booked 2 treatments and they asked for payment upfront (whilst booking you in while you are relaxing at pool). "Charming building, but our stay at this ‘5-star’ hotel was full of disappointment. Upon arrival, we were shown around the premises including the very funky bar that they seemed proud of, only the bar didn’t open at any point of our 5-night stay. The restaurant had a last-minute technical issue, so that wasn’t open either. The only food served was a continental breakfast that required no cooking.
To cap it all off, the air conditioning stopped working during the third night and couldn’t be fixed...
