"Das beste Hotel"

"I stayed at this hotel late March / Early April 2026. The staff were attentive and friendly and my room was really big. Breakfast buffet was very well presented and delicious. I was given a lovely drink and treat on check in and was shown around the hotel by a member of staff which was a lovely touch. I would have given a higher rating but there was a really bad smell in my room the first 3 days. We were informed there was a problem with the water so on my last night we had no water from 10pm...

"توجد ملاحظات على طاقم تنظيف الغرف / ١ - عدم تغيير مناشف الاستحمام . ٢ - عدم وضع عبوات الماء المخصص للنزلاء كل يوم وهية مجانية . ٣ - ترك النوافذ مفتوحة بالكامل بعد الانتهاء من التنظيف وهيه ملاحظة تم ذكرها من احد النزلاء السابقين فـ الفندق ."
