"The room has a king bed and is clean. Air conditioning is strong. The staffs are very helpful and recommend places to visit, pro and con. Breakfast place has an excellent view and food has many varieties."
"The staff at Sapa Pine Hill were so friendly and welcoming, we were blown away by how helpful and kind they were during our stay! The hotel looks beautiful, and the rooms are lovely, and there is even a special little friend that appears from time to time to say hello!"

The location above the main sapa square is very convenient, yet away from the hectic energy around the square. Overall Sapa was a very pleasant experience and I can highly recommend both the city and this new resort....
