"Amazing location Clean Good for families"

"the hotel was great clean quite and beautiful. But Expedia team were so helpful and so responsive. I’ll always book with Expedia cause you know if you didn’t like your stay they will always be there to help you with anything you may need. Thanks a lot Expedia and for sure until next time 👍"

"الانترنت سيء جداً لا يوجد الة للقهوة او للشاي كثير عليه 5 نجوم"

"Hotel was excellent highly recommend it. Suggest to call the hotel to have a better understanding of where the room is located if it is your first time as some rooms are not part of the palace. Staff was excellent and it being our first time in Getxo/Bilbao, they were very helpful and informative with great recommendations for sightseeing, shopping & dining. To be honest, they were all great but Mercedes, Ysabel, Christian, Alvarro, Arkais, Asiyer,"

"Actually the hotel notified in advance that they were having problems so had moved us to Hotel Ercilla, a sister property but more upscale. I recommend it. "
