"Hotel was in an excellent location.
Great amenities for children lots of activities to do which is amazing. We took our baby for her first holiday, definitely didn’t disappoint.
However, there are some cons.. I think the housekeeping wasn’t great, clean towels but we notice when they made our beds it was just reused bedding no new bedding. We had to ask for fresh ones after couple of days which isn’t great. Room wasn’t very hygienic as ants and mosquitoes kept coming into our room eventhough...
"The all inclusive stops at 11pm, water is not provided in the room daily, mini bar is chargeable, no drawers in the room.
Buffet food was at best tepid but generally cold. Speciality restaurants charged for drink. AI stopped at 11am on day of departure irrespective of when you arrive. To stay for lunch was €10 each, €20 if you stayed for dinner.
A 5 star hotel is supposed to elevate your stay, not take the edge off your holiday.
Big plus was the general staff were brilliant."
"Okay experience
We came as a couple’s holiday and selected all inclusive. The rooms and the hotel was very clean. Rooms are recent size and had a great view.
The hotel is in a big area so you can use beach buggies to go up and down. It has its own mini market for essentials.
The negatives are:
The food isn’t good at all. There are many options but the food itself is similar to mass produced Sodexo food. I’m the second day, I couldn’t have any of the food and had really bad stomach ache. The...
"Rooms are clean. Staff are excellent and the food and facilities are too notch. We have stayed here twice now on two separate occasions and both times it has been faultless.
We rarely travel to the same place twice so that speaks volumes.
5 nights is an ideal break here."
"Definitely not 5 star, only 3 star. The worst all inclusive drinks we have have ever had.
Only 1 choice of beer, a very flat 3.5 vol
1 choice of white, rose, red wine on tap
staff in pool bar by theatre very robotic and unfriendly seamed to be an inconvenience to them asking for a poor quality drink in a paper cup
Guy serving in bar near spa very nice and friendly
Food 3 star, although small selection of chinese and Sushi was very nice
Both running machines and cross trainer broken in gym...
"When we arrived they couldn't find our reservation booking, so we had to wait very long time, the receptionist didn't explain anything about the facilities of the Hotel, no instructions at all plus very unfriendly. The hotel is ok for a max 4 Stars but definitely not a Luxury 5 Stars Hotel, the 1st few days the cleaning wasnt good at all, after complaining it improved a lot! Food was not superb except for the Golden Sun Restaurant which you must reserve and can go only once a week. The service...
"We are just home from 4 nights at this hotel. It was very reasonably priced and we were pleasantly surprised at how lovely to hotel was, beautiful views of the sea and neighbouring islands, friendly staff, lovely rooms and water park is great fun! We would def return again. Food wasn't always to our taste but excellent choices and lots on offer for kids and adults! Very impressed in general."
