"Not every 5 star hotel is a 5 star hotel. Spacious room but insulation poor (loud neighbours as well!) and bed (especially pillows) are not supporting good sleep, No coffee machine in the room, no cable tv either and the fitness room so so (small and not sufficient for more than 3 people), hotel misses ambiance. Overall, price quality is not balanced."
