Unfortunately, the service elsewhere left much to be desired, particularly in the a la carte dining restaurant where staff seemed poorly trained and inattentive to guests’ needs. The Easter egg hunt was very poorly organised and disappointing, leaving many children upset. Overall, a mixed experience — good start but service issues bring it down to about three stars."
