"The all inclusive stops at 11pm, water is not provided in the room daily, mini bar is chargeable, no drawers in the room. Buffet food was at best tepid but generally cold. Speciality restaurants charged for drink. AI stopped at 11am on day of departure irrespective of when you arrive. To stay for lunch was €10 each, €20 if you stayed for dinner. A 5 star hotel is supposed to elevate your stay, not take the edge off your holiday. Big plus was the general staff were brilliant."

"Staff were extremely friendly and attentive."

Note the swim up rooms dont get sun all day but theres plenty of other areas to sunbathe in afternoons. Food was good with good variety each day. Breakfast was excellent, could be...

"Rooms are clean. Staff are excellent and the food and facilities are too notch. We have stayed here twice now on two separate occasions and both times it has been faultless. We rarely travel to the same place twice so that speaks volumes. 5 nights is an ideal break here."

"As ever with IKOS everything top class"

"Great experience overall, highly recommend."
