"Thanks for allowing us early check in. The hotel was clean and elegant. The things that disappointed was;
- sauna / steam room needs to booked and cannot use when somones else is there
- we informed reception that toilet door handle was broke and to fix and kept the room cleaning sign as-well. However, when we returned in the afternoon it was still not fixed and not cleaned. And later my friend got locked inside the the toilet as the handle fell off completely, tried called reception and no one...
"We were staying for our final night of our honeymoon. The property was stunning and the gardens beautiful! We received a complimentary room upgrade and there was fruit, chocolates and a rose petal decoration on the bed. It made us feel so special. We cannot thank the team enough, out Vietnam trip ended with us feeling so special. I would definitely recommend Silk Path to friends and family and hopefully get the chance to return."
"The room was clean overall but the curtains had several spots/stains on them. The room door would not lock shut from the outside when you are leaving. I was nervous about leaving the whole time I stayed. The pool had no water in it (but it was too windy to swim). The shower flooded and everything was dated and need refreshed. However the staff was very friendly."

Room has a small balcony with great view of Sapa valley and Moana statue/park when it is not foggy. Buffet breakfast is very good and good varieties. The hotel restaurant has good dishes and comparable prices to outside restaurants. It is located downhill just outside of city center...
