"Breakfast was fantastic.
One female member of the reception team was unpleasant to deal with. One day our room wasn't cleaned - we informed reception at 3pm, again at 5pm requesting clean towels which weren't delivered and again at 6.30pm. It was cleaned by the time we returned that evening but only after a difficult confrontation with the receptionist.
All other staff were lovely to deal with.
There were a few other housekeeping issues, but when reported all were resolved.
Gym was great. ...
"From the moment I booked to our departure, Lazure exceeded all expectations. I treated my mum to a special birthday break and she thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Lunch by the pool was followed by a relaxing massage at the spa. The atmosphere was simply perfect, creating a sense of luxury and attention to detail. We arrived feeling instantly impressed and left with a strong desire to return. Thank you Lazure for making this celebration truly special. We had an amazing time."
"Superbly clean room. Excellent staff at breakfast and breakfast was lovely, the highlight. The barman in the cocktail bar was incredibly rude to my husband, we reported it and the reception lady said she would speak to the manager about it, we were there for a further 7 nights but heard nothing. This is appalling customer services and we would not return because of it. A lot of the staff seemed sullen, a smile would have gone a lomg way !"
"Beautiful property, excellent room with 2 bathrooms and great service from the staff. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the Chedi."
"Gorgeous hotel in Tivat. Breakfast was plentiful and cooked to order, so always hot. Helpful and friendly staff throughout our stay. We really liked the location, which was a 5 minute stroll to the shops and restaurants. Plenty of sun beds, and the place never seemed crowded. Overall a fantastic stay in a beautiful country"
