"We had a room overlooking the street and it was noisy, hearing the sound of people talking outside and vehicles going by despite the windows closed. My sister had a nice room overlooking the rose gardens below and the mountains. However she said she could always hear the person in the next room talking on the phone . It appears the rooms are not well insulated to block out noise.
The breakfast , tho a good variety never seemed to be hot even first thing in the morning. Also the list of rules...

"This place is false advertising online. When we arrived to our room, there was a HORRIBLE smell. Bugs flying all over the room. Roaches and spiders crawling in the room. Dead bugs were smashed on the walls and no one cleaned it. I booked a Luxury Double room but was given a deluxe room with one bed. They tried to upgrade rooms but still the same issues. "I really wanted to like this place. Staff was trying their best. I found an open condom wrapper and an unused condom still in the wrapper between my mattress and the bed frame. Old car tires were used to hold up the flower beds. That’s not very ecolodge like. The food was not very good. I ordered a Banh mi and received something with scrambled eggs and two slices of Wonderbread. No baguette in sight, no pork or other meats.
