"The hotel itself is beautiful, with great facilities and lovely views of both the mountains and the sea. The shared pool access rooms are definitely worth it and really enhanced the experience. The pool bar was also a highlight, and Elissa in particular provided fabulous service throughout our stay. That said, there were a few areas where the experience fell short of what you would expect from a true 5* hotel. The vegetarian food options were quite limited and unfortunately was not very good...

"Staff were all lovely, so helpful and were the highlight of the stay. Due to lack of staff being on roster we weren’t able to book the spa over the weekend. Our room was quite worn and in the bath room quite grubby. Just felt a like the place was a little run down. "

"Fin anläggning att träna på. Dock ställdes nästan alla pass in då hotellet invaderades av 120 seniorer som blockade det mesta, inklusive tennisbanorna med egna tränare. När vi anlände dagen innan gjorde receptionen reklam för alla pass som man kunde gå på men så blev det inte. Främmande hundar på anläggningen som inte togs på alvar av personalen vilket gjorde att min hundrädda fru hade svårt att gå ut. Totalt sett en fin anläggning med en fantastisk hovmästare!!"
